Everyone at Ener-G-Polari-T® Inc shares the philosophy of helping our customers find the right products to fill their needs and be pleased with their purchase. If you would like to return an item, we offer a 60-day Return Policy (for U.S. customers only). Please read our Return Policy thoroughly; failing to do so may result in a non-refundable item.

  • A returned item must be received within 60-day guarantee of the Sales Receipt date. No returns will be accepted after 60-days.
  • A returned item must be received in "like new" condition.
  • A returned item must be in the original packaging with a copy of the Sales Receipt.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number written on the front of the returned package. To request an RA number, email us at with your name, address, product number of item/reason for return, and Sales Receipt number. The RA number and instructions for the return will be emailed back. The customer will be responsible for the return postage.
  • A refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received.
  • If the returned package does not have a delivery confirmation receipt and cannot be tracked by the U. S. Postal Service, a refund will not be issued until the package has been delivered to us. We are not responsible for a package lost in transit.
  • A final inspection will be conducted on the returned item before a refund is processed. If the product has any signs of wear or damage or otherwise altered, it will not be available for a return/refund.
  • Our Return Policy does not cover customer damage due to improper installation error, product abuse, product misuse or use of cleaners containing abrasives, organic solvents or alcohol.
  • Shipping cost and a 20% handling fee are non-refundable on returned items.
  • Dio-Pads and Full Body Dio-Pads are not returnable due to sanitary hygienic reasons. All clearance items and media, such as books, cannot be returned.
  • International orders cannot be returned.

Exchanges must be done within the 60-Day Return Policy. To request an exchange, you must email us at with your name, address, item you are returning, product number of the exchange item, and Sales Receipt number. Instructions for the return/exchange item will be emailed back. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the item to be exchanged, as well as the reshipping fee for the new item. The customer will be charged or refunded the difference of the exchange and a 20% handling fee.
