RETURN POLICY

Ener-G-Polari-T's philosophy is to help their customers find the right product to fill their needs and be happy with their purchase.

Before you return or exchange your product, please give your Diode product time to work with your body's energies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, follow the same procedure as returning a product. A product that is being exchanged has to be in new condition.

If a product is being exchanged for a different product, the customer will be charged out or be refunded the difference.

Shipping charges do apply for shipping an exchanged product, you will be charged a small fee for shipping.

Cancellation or Refused Product

If you need to cancel an order please, do so As Soon As Possible and email to support@energpolarit.com or call at 480-314-3796 during business hours. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Cancelling or refusing a package that has been shipped, will be charged a 3% fee. This is to recover any merchant fees from processing costs and bank charges related to the order.

Special Package Deals

All products that are part of the package deal, must be returned. If any products are missing from the package deal, you will be charged out the regular retail price of each missing product.

Non-returnable products

Dio-Pads and Full Body Dio-Pads are not returnable due to sanitary hygienic reasons. All clearance items and media, such as books, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns

We offer a 60-day Return Policy for U.S. customers only. International orders cannot be returned.

If you would like to return a product, please read our Return Policy thoroughly; failing to do so may result in a non-refundable item.

A returned item must be received within the 60-day guarantee of the Sales Receipt date. No returns will be accepted after 60-days.

Please email for a Return Authorization (RA) number at support@energpolarit.com. Please include your name, sales receipt number and the reason for return. The customer will be emailed back with instructions where to ship the return product.

The customer is responsible for the return postage. RA number must be visible on the front of the package. Please be aware we do not provide return shipping labels for a returned package.

A returned item must be in the original packaging with a copy of the Sales Receipt.

A refund will not be issued until Ener-G-Polari-T Products has received the package. Please be sure the package being returned has a delivery confirmation receipt. We are not responsible for a package lost in transit.

If the returned package does not have a delivery confirmation receipt and cannot be tracked by the U. S. Postal Service, a refund will not be issued until the package has been delivered back to Ener-G-Polari-T Products.

Product Return and Restocking Fee

A returned item must be received in "new" condition.

Our Return Policy does not cover customer damage due to improper installation error, product abuse, product misuse or use of cleaners containing abrasives, organic solvents or alcohol.

A final inspection will be conducted on the returned item before a refund is processed. If the product has any signs of wear or damage, or otherwise altered, it will not be eligible for a return/refund.

Shipping cost and 15% restocking fee are non-refundable on returned items.

Refunds

A refund will be processed within 10 to 12 business days after the returned item has been received.

Please note when refunding your bank, it can take up to 3 to 5 business days or more to show up on your bank or your credit card statement.

Ener-G-Polari-T Products reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund for any product that has been damaged or misused.
