Please review your information carefully for any typographical errors. Be sure that the billing/shipping address, phone number and email address have been entered correctly. We will not be held responsible for incorrect information entered. Additional shipping charges will be applied for re-mailing to the correct address.

From time to time we offer promotions on our website. Sale products will be shown on the Product page with the sale and retail price. Our promotions are also advertised through E-Blast. Email your information to us at to join our email list.

Order Department

For your convenience, our Order Department at 1-800-593-6374 is open 24/7 including holidays. You must have your item number available when placing an order with the operator. Phone orders cannot take advantage of any website promotions. The operators cannot answer any technical questions.

In stock orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving them (except for Saturdays and Sundays - which will be processed the next business day). Please check our website for holiday dates and hours.

Once your order has been processed, it is sent to our Shipping Department and mailed within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving the order. No order can be modified once it has been sent to our Shipping Department.


You will be notified if a product is backordered by email or phone.


We offer a 60-day return/exchange policy for U.S. customers. Click here to read full Return Policy. International orders cannot be returned for a refund.


Our products are shipped Standard Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. For larger products, UPS is used for shipping. We do not offer Express or 2nd day delivery service.

Free Shipping - Online Web Orders Only
When Free Shipping is offered, the package will be shipped by Standard Mail only. Free Shipping is available for U.S. retail customers in the 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska.) Please follow Free Shipping instructions carefully. Free Shipping is not available for international orders.

Flexible Rod package ordered with Diode products must be shipped separately.

If your package was undeliverable because of an incorrect address due to missing or incorrect information you have entered, we reserve the right to recharge an additional shipping charge to re-mail the package to the correct address.

If your package was undeliverable because of our mistake or was delivered damaged, we will take full responsibility.

We regret to inform our customers as of June 30, 2015, we will no longer be shipping 1" and ½" DioPads or Full Body DioPads to the state of California. This is due to the exuberant fee the state charges for their mandatory Furnishing & Bedding Manufacturing License to sell such products in their state.

International Shipping

Our products are shipped Priority Mail International by the U.S. Postal Service. If we do not have a valid shipping address, we will not be held responsible for the shipment. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to some countries due to widespread fraud.

International customers may order through the website; U. S. shipping fees will be charged at this time. When the order is received, the package will be weighed to determine the exact shipping cost. The customer will be notified of the additional amount due by email. If the customer would like to proceed with the order, the additional shipping fee will be charged to their credit card. If the customer would like to cancel the order, a refund will be given minus a 10% handling fee.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes. It is by law that the value of the contents of any package shipped to international destinations be recorded for customs authorities. It is at the customs agents' discretion to release or delay a package.

Once your package is mailed, we will have proof of the shipment receipt from the U.S. Postal Service on file. We can no longer track a package once it leaves the U.S. We will not be responsible for damage, loss, theft, or any other circumstance overseas; the buyer assumes all risks for the delivery.
