Ener-G-Polari-T Products assures your satisfaction by offering a 60 day return policy. Please follow these simple steps below.

All return requests must be received within 60 days from invoice date.

• You must have a Return Authorization Number.
• Email address to support@energpolarit.com.
• Reason for return must be given.
• Returns sent without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
• All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in original condition.
• A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
• Clearly write the Return Authorization Number that was given to you on the outside of the securely sealed return package.
• Ener-G-Polari-T does not accept return authorization requests after 60 days from invoice date and does not accept goods postmarked after 5 days from return approval.
• Special Order items, Sale and Clearance items, Videos, DVDs and reference materials cannot be returned.
• Amount refunded will be for the purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee on returned Dio-Mids, Dio-Pads, and Circuit Breaker Diodes.
• International Customers: We ship our products to any international customer serviced by the United States Postal Service. International Customers may place their order online with a valid credit card (all charges are in US funds). Please clearly mark your ship to address. You will be charged for the correct shipping amount separately, after we have packaged, weighed and determined the exact cost. You will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and customs charges required by your specific country. This applies to the original purchase and shipment and to the product return shipments. Packages that are undeliverable or refused by the customer will not be refunded for shipping charges.

Postage and shipping is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursable.
