Ener-G-Polari-T Products assures your satisfaction by offering a 60 day return policy. Please follow these simple steps below.

All return requests must be received within 60 days from invoice date.

• You must have a Return Authorization Number.
• Email address to support@energpolarit.com. Note: No one has ever used this email address.
• Reason for return must be given.
• Returns sent without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
• All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in original condition.
• A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
• Clearly write the Return Authorization Number that was given to you on the outside of the securely sealed return package.
• Ener-G-Polari-T does not accept return authorization requests after 60 days from invoice date and does not accept goods postmarked after 5 days from return approval.
• Special Order items, Sale and Clearance items, Videos, DVDs and reference materials cannot be returned.
• Amount refunded will be for the purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee on returned Dio-Mids, Dio-Pads, Energy-Wraps and Circuit Breaker Diodes.

Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.
