If you have a Classic Diode, wear the label side facing toward the body in a pouch. The Classic Diodes are the only Diodes that have labels. The label does not need to be removed. For all other Diodes for personal use, wear the formula side facing toward the body in a pouch.

We recommend placing the Diode in the sun to bring back the prana energy. Place in the sun for 30 minutes on each side.
