Ordering Online Please be assured that your personal information will be secure - we use industry standard SSL encryption. We try to keep our site as up to date as possible. However, if an item that you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
Shipping We ship most of our products through Priority Mail by United States Postal Service for quick and convenient delivery. Some of our specialty and oversized products are shipped via UPS Ground Service at our discretion to ensure a reliable delivery. If you have unique shipping requirements, please email customer service at orders@energpolarit.com before placing your order.
Orders will be processed and shipped within one week of receipt of order. We will notify you if there is any further delay.
Products marked as “Special Order” are custom assembled after your order is placed and typically take 3-4 weeks to assemble. We will notify you via email or telephone with an estimated ship date for these items.

Customer Service Please email us to inquire about the status of your order or questions about our products: orders@energpolarit.com. You can telephone us at 480.314.7574 10:00 am to 2:30 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you do not reach us, please leave a message with your name and number and the best time to return the call and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not leave your order in a message, as we will not be able to process it without a verbal confirmation.
Cancellations Once an order is placed for “Special Order” items, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. All other orders can be cancelled if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy (link to Warranty and Returns Policy) for instructions on returning the product for a refund. Telephone Orders If you prefer, we are happy to place your order for you over the phone. Please call our order department at 1.800.593.6374. The order department is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.
International Customers We can ship our products to any international customer that is serviced by the United States Postal Service. International Customers can place their order online with a valid credit card (all charges are in US funds). Please clearly mark your ship-to address. You will be charged for shipping separately, after we have determined the exact cost. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs charges required by your specific country. Sales Tax We charge a sales tax of 8.9% to all orders shipped to an Arizona address. At the present time, we do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.
