INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS We ship our products to any international customer serviced by the United States Postal Service. International Customers may place their order online with a valid credit card (all charges are in US funds). Please clearly mark your ship to address. You will be charged for the correct shipping amount separately, after we have packaged, weighed and determined the exact cost. You will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and customs charges required by your specific country. This applies to the original purchase and shipment and to the product return shipments. Packages that are undeliverable or refused by the customer will not be refunded for shipping charges. SHIPPING We ship most of our products through Priority Mail by United States Postal Service for a quick, convenient and traceable delivery. Some of our specialty and oversized products are shipped by UPS Ground Service to ensure a reliable delivery. If you have unique shipping requirements, please e-mail customer service at support@energpolarit.com before placing your order.
Orders will be process and shipped within five business days of the receipt of your order.
We strive to keep our web site as up to date as possible. However, if an item you ordered is backordered or unavailable for purchase we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. Products that are “Special Ordered” will typically take 3-4 weeks to ship. We will notify you by e-mail or telephone with an estimated ship date for these items.
Please contact us immediately if your product is received damaged and we will promptly replace it.
Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES Orders may be cancelled or changed if the order has not been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to our (Warranty and Returns Policy) for instructions on returning the product or an exchange or refund.

SALES TAX We charge a sales tax of 9.9 % to all orders shipped to an Arizona address. At the present time, we do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES Everyone at Ener-G-Polari-T Products shares a philosophy of wanting to help our customers find the right product to fill their needs and be pleased with their purchase. We offer a 60-day return policy. See Return Policy (link). If you want to return a product, please be certain that returned merchandise is in original condition and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, replacement or check. Refund checks are mailed within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refunded.
